Kapisa: The Kapisa Premier Futsal League has officially started, aiming to select a provincial team to represent Kapisa in the upcoming Central Zone competitions. The tournament is organized by the Afghanistan Football Federation in coordination with the Directorate of Physical Education and Sports in the province.

Eight top futsal teams from Kapisa are competing in the league, which will run for ten days.

In the opening match, Khorasan secured a narrow 1–0 victory over Ariana, marking a strong start to the tournament.

Officials from the Kapisa Football Federation expressed optimism that hosting such competitions will provide opportunities for the growth of futsal in the province, help identify new talent, and ensure that the selected team will represent Kapisa with pride at the Central Zone level.
