Abu Muslim Farah has launched a football academy and youth development programme at its home ground, Shahid Abdulmanan Farahi Stadium, aiming to train young players through organised coaching and long-term development.
Club officials said the academy has been established to provide structured training for hundreds of teenagers and young footballers, helping them build skills and gain experience within a professional environment. The programme is expected to serve as a pathway for future first-team players.
Abu Muslim Farah, a two-time consecutive champion of the Afghanistan Champions League, has also qualified for the AFC Challenge League for the second straight season. Officials said the club’s youth academy is a key part of its long-term plan and will support the future of football development in the province.
Youth academies are increasingly viewed as an essential part of football growth in Afghanistan, offering young players access to coaching, discipline and a clearer route into competitive football.
