
The Afghanistan Football Federation, in cooperation with the General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports of Afghanistan, has concluded a D License coaching course for 15 football coaches from various provinces of the country.

The course, which lasted nearly one week, focused on developing the fundamental and technical knowledge of participating coaches, with both theoretical and practical sessions delivered throughout the programme.
The training was conducted by local instructors Rasool Ahmadi and Omid Azimi, who provided education on essential football principles and coaching methodologies.
Officials stated that the primary objective of the course was to enhance coaches’ understanding of basic football concepts and improve their technical capabilities to support the development of the sport at grassroots level.
At the conclusion of the programme, participants were awarded D License coaching certificates by the Afghanistan Football Federation, recognizing their successful completion of the course.
