Tawfiq Fallah took part in the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2025 competition evaluation program, held in Qatar from 9 to 15 December 2025, alongside representatives from 46 countries and multiple continental football confederations.

The program was conducted through structured workshops and on-site inspections, offering a comprehensive assessment of how top-tier international football tournaments are planned, delivered, and governed. Key areas of evaluation included technical competition operations, stadium and venue management, pitch and training facilities assessment, financial oversight, marketing strategy, media and broadcast operations, security management, and international event hosting standards.

Fallah’s participation placed him within a global forum focused on aligning national and regional football administration with FIFA’s evolving operational benchmarks.

FIFA’s competition evaluation programs are designed to strengthen institutional capacity across member associations by promoting shared standards and best practices. Beyond technical learning, such initiatives serve as coordination platforms that shape how future international tournaments are organized, assessed, and delivered, reinforcing governance consistency across global football structures.
