KABUL, May 8, 2015 – The Afghanistan Sports writer’s federation presidentSayer Zaland on Tuesday met Nasimullah Danish the Chairman of Afghanistancricket board in Kabul.
During the meeting ASWF president Sayer Zaland briefed the cricket leaderon the growth of sports journalism in the country and urged the ACB to considerbuilding relations with national writers body.
Nasimullah Danish the Chairman congratulated the ASWF president on hiselection and hoped that the Association will benefit local journalists by providingtraining opportunities.
Cricket is the most popular sport in the country and the cricket board ofAfghanistan has done tremendous work since the last one decade.
Last month the president of Islamic republic of Afghanistan Mohammad AshrafGhani announced new members for the board to work hard for the development of thecricket sport in the country.
