A volleyball tournament featuring 25 teams from across Baghlan ended in Nahrin District with the Qomandani team claiming the championship.

A volleyball competition organized by the provincial representation of the Volleyball Federation in cooperation with the Baghlan Directorate of Physical Education and Sports concluded in Nahrin District after several days of matches. Twenty-five teams from the district center and surrounding areas took part.

In the final match, Qomandani faced Zadran, defeating them 3–1 to secure the title. Officials said the tournament aimed to promote volleyball, strengthen unity among athletes, and encourage broader participation in the sport.

At the closing ceremony, trophies and sports gifts were awarded to the winning teams and standout players.

Local volleyball tournaments have grown steadily in Baghlan, with officials viewing them as an important platform for developing young talent and fostering community engagement through sport.
