The Kapisa B-League football competition concluded in Mahmood Raqi, the provincial capital of Kapisa, with Khorasan Kohband emerging as champions after a 2–0 victory over Enghelab Talshid in the final.
The tournament was organized by the provincial representative office of the Afghanistan Football Federation, under the Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, and featured 13 teams competing over a period of three months.
Officials stated that the competition was held to promote football at the provincial level and identify talented players for future development programs, thereby providing regular competitive opportunities for local teams.
