The 34-year-old, who plays for the Brazil national football team, recently renewed his contract with his boyhood club Santos FC after returning to the team in January 2025.

He has since played an important role in helping the club remain in Brazil’s top-flight league.

Neymar began his professional career at Santos before rising to global prominence as one of football’s most recognizable players. His potential retirement in 2026 could mark the end of an illustrious career at both club and international levels.
