Review process

The newsroom will acknowledge substantive complaints, examine the published material and available evidence, and respond as soon as practicable. Complaints involving a material factual error are handled under the Corrections Policy.

Fair handling

Complaints are assessed on their evidence and journalistic merits. Abusive, repetitive or unrelated submissions may not receive a response.
