Zurich: FIFA has officially launched the host city tender for the FIFAe Festival, a new and pioneering digital football event that will debut in 2026 and continue with editions in 2027 and 2028.

The FIFAe Festival will merge football, esports, gaming, and youth culture, creating a global celebration beyond traditional competitions. The multi-game event will feature gaming experiences, live music, content creator showcases, career opportunities, and industry engagement, aiming to establish a community hub for the digital football scene.

Aligned with Goal 3 of FIFA’s Strategic Objectives 2023–2027, which focuses on engaging more young people through football, the festival offers a unique opportunity for prospective host cities and Member Associations to become founding destinations of this landmark initiative.
