Zurich: FIFAe has announced a major partnership with Lenovo, confirming that the tech giant’s Legion gaming technology will power the FIFAe Finals 2025, set to take place 10–19 December in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As the official gaming technology provider, Lenovo will supply its Legion Tower 7i desktops, gaming monitors, keyboards, mice, and accessories to support elite players, presenters, and staff across all three competitions at one of the world’s biggest esports events.
The FIFAe Finals 2025 will bring together the world’s top national teams to compete for three world titles:
- FIFAe World Cup™ featuring Rocket League
- FIFAe World Cup™ featuring eFootball™ (console)
- FIFAe World Cup™ featuring eFootball™ (mobile)
This collaboration strengthens Lenovo’s broader partnership with FIFA, which includes providing advanced technology and infrastructure for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, FIFA World Cup 2026™, and FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™. Through smart devices, AI-driven solutions, and data center services, Lenovo aims to enhance tournament operations, broadcasting, and global fan engagement.
The announcement comes after a record-breaking 2024 FIFAe season, which delivered the most-viewed sports simulation event of the year. With an expanded open qualification process, more FIFA Member Associations than ever before will now have the opportunity to compete on the world stage.
“Lenovo Legion devices are built to meet the demands of the highest level of esports,” said a FIFAe spokesperson. “This partnership ensures our athletes will compete on technology that delivers both performance and reliability at the pinnacle of football esports.”
