Baghlan Province witnessed an exciting conclusion to its U-16 Premier League as Heydat emerged as champions following a commanding campaign that captivated hundreds of football fans.

In the final, Heydat showcased consistent skill and teamwork, securing the title with another strong performance. Eftikhar Ziarat put up a valiant fight but had to settle for second place.

The closing ceremony drew prominent sporting officials, including Mohammad Gul Meskinyar, President of the Baghlan Football Federation; Haji Qayum Rahimi, Deputy Director of Physical Education; Abdulhaq Shaheenbeg, Head of the Futsal Committee; Del-Agha Mohammadi, Head of the Youth Football Committee; and Qari Lutfullah, Mayor of Central Baghlan.

Individual awards recognized standout performers of the tournament:

Champions: Heydat U-16

Runners-up: Eftikhar Ziarat U-16

Best Player: Mehran (Heydat)

Top Scorer: Rahmatullah (Eftikhar Ziarat)

Best Goalkeeper: Sulaiman (Heydat)

Heydat’s triumph not only highlights their dominance this season but also underscores the growing talent in Baghlan’s youth football scene.
