Maktab defeated Ettifaq 3-0 in the final to win the Category A football tournament in Shah Joy district of Zabul province.
The two teams reached the deciding match after progressing through a competition involving 12 district-level teams.
Maktab’s victory concluded the tournament, which began about a month before the final.
The provincial football federation’s representation organized the competition in coordination with the Zabul Directorate of Physical Education and Sports. The tournament was limited to Category A teams from Shah Joy district.
