Sefidposhan controlled the final to secure the title by a four-goal margin, the Afghanistan General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports said on Wednesday.
The competition was staged at the Dawat Sports Complex with support from the Baghlan football federation and the provincial physical education and sports administration.
The champions received $200, a trophy and medals. Yaran Hamdeli, the runner-up, received sports equipment, a trophy and medals, according to the official report.
The directorate said the tournament ran for about one month. It did not release complete match results, player statistics or the route each finalist took through the knockout bracket.
