The youth competition is scheduled to run for three weeks in the provincial capital, the Afghanistan General Directorate of Physical Education and Sports said on Wednesday.
Etihad and Army shared 16 goals in the first fixture, but the directorate did not provide individual scorers or a match breakdown.
The league is being organised through the provincial football federation’s office in cooperation with the Badghis physical education and sports administration.
Officials said the event is intended to support youth futsal development. A complete fixture list and the format used to determine the champion were not included in the announcement.
