Afghan Para Taekwondo Star Zakia Khudadadi Wins Bronze at 2026 Grand Prix
Afghan para taekwondo star Zakia Khudadadi has won a bronze medal in the women’s under-47kg category at the 2026 Para Taekwondo Grand Prix.

Khudadadi previously made history at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games, where her para taekwondo medal became the first Paralympic medal won by the Refugee Paralympic Team.
She has represented Afghan women in international sport through a career that has included appearances at the Tokyo and Paris Paralympic Games.
Her latest podium finish continues a significant run of international results and keeps an Afghan athlete among the medal winners on the global para taekwondo stage.
