Yaran made a strong start to the league as they scored six goals against Bust, with the opening fixture ending 6–2 in their favour.
According to the competition format, the team that finishes first in the standings will earn promotion to the Premier League, while the bottom-placed team will be relegated to the B League.
The league is being held as part of the Football Federation’s annual competition programme and is expected to continue for approximately two months.
The competition provides the participating teams with regular league football while offering promotion to the province’s higher-level competition for the eventual winners.
