
The fourth edition of the volleyball championship among teams from eight provinces concluded in Maidan Wardak, with the Abdul Wahab team winning the title. The six-day tournament featured 34 teams from Bamyan, Ghazni, Logar, Kabul, Laghman, Kunar, Nangarhar and Maidan Wardak provinces.

The fourth edition of the volleyball championship was organized by the Maidan Wardak Physical Education and Sports Directorate at Salman Fars High School in Maidan Shahr, the provincial capital.
A total of 34 teams from eight provinces participated in the competition, which was held with the aim of promoting unity and cooperation among athletes.
In the final match, Abdul Wahab team defeated Zorak Maidan Shahr team 3-2 to claim the championship title.
Organizers said the tournament provided an opportunity for volleyball players from different provinces to compete and strengthen relations through sport.
Volleyball competitions are regularly held across Afghanistan to support the development of the sport and provide opportunities for athletes from different provinces to gain competitive experience.
