Afghan Abdalyans ended their campaign in the Tri-Nation A Team Series with a 103-run defeat to Sri Lanka A.

Afghan Abdalyans suffered a 103-run loss to Sri Lanka A in their final match of the Tri-Nation A Team Series, bringing their tournament campaign to an end.

Chasing a target of 323 runs, the Afghan side was bowled out for 219 despite fighting knocks from several middle-order batters.

Hasan Eisakhel led the scoring with 74 runs, while Farmanullah Safi contributed 43 and Bahir Shah Mahboob added 35.

Sri Lanka A dominated the contest after posting a formidable total and successfully restricted Afghanistan’s batting lineup to secure a comfortable victory.

The defeat marked Afghanistan A’s third loss of the tournament.

The Tri-Nation A Team Series, hosted by Sri Lanka, featured emerging players from participating nations. Afghanistan A concluded its campaign with one win and three defeats, gaining valuable international experience against strong opposition.
