
Band-e-Amir defeated Spin Ghar Zone by 76 runs after posting 277 runs in the Zone-based One-Day competition.

Band-e-Amir Zone registered a convincing 76-run victory over Spin Ghar Zone, securing their second consecutive win in the ongoing Zone-based List A One-Day tournament.
Batting first after losing the toss, Band-e-Amir Zone posted 277 runs for the loss of four wickets, setting a target of 278. The innings was powered by half-centuries from Ijaz Ahmadzai (79*), Hassan Issa Khail (71), Hashmatullah Shahidi (55), and Shams-ur-Rahman (51*). For Spin Ghar Zone, Yamin Ahmadzai took two wickets, while Mohammad Ibrahim and Farid Ahmad Malik each claimed one.
In response, Spin Ghar Zone was restricted despite a strong 81-run knock from Bahir Shah Mahboob, along with contributions from Ikram Ali Khail (37) and Ismat Alam (27), but ultimately fell short by 76 runs.
Band-e-Amir’s bowling attack was led by Qais Ahmad and Nangyal Kharoti with three wickets each, while Khalil Ahmad took two and Feroon Dawoodzai claimed one.
Ijaz Ahmadzai was named Player of the Match for his outstanding batting performance.
The next fixture will see Mis Ainak Zone face Boost Zone in the fourth match of the tournament.
