Boost’s successful chase of a challenging 197-run target under pressure highlighted the increasing competitiveness and attacking style emerging within Afghanistan’s domestic T20 cricket.

Boost secured a dramatic four-wicket victory over Speenghar in the 12th match of the Omid Watan National T20 SuperCola Cup after successfully chasing a target of 197 runs in the final over of the match.

Boost completed the chase with six wickets down in a high-scoring encounter that remained competitive until the closing moments. Sabir Hanif led the batting effort with 57 runs, while Nauman Shah contributed 36 runs and Najib Zadran added 35. Amir Hamza also played an important late innings, scoring a quick 24 runs to guide his side to victory.

For Speenghar, bowlers Faridoon, Abdul Zahoor, and Nabi Miakhil each claimed two wickets but were unable to prevent Boost from reaching the target in the final stages of the chase.

The match added another closely contested fixture to the ongoing domestic T20 tournament, which continues to showcase aggressive batting performances and competitive provincial rivalries.
