Rahin FC and Etihad Abdullah Khel have won Kapisa's Premier League and League A futsal championships after two months of competition involving 16 teams. The Premier League champions qualify for the Central Zone competition, while the League A winners earn promotion to the Premier League.
Rahin FC and Etihad Abdullah Khel have emerged as champions of Kapisa province's two futsal leagues, bringing a two-month competition involving 16 teams to a close.
Rahin FC claimed the provincial Premier League title, while Etihad Abdullah Khel won League A, securing promotion to the province's top futsal division.
The competitions were organised with the cooperation of Kapisa's Department of Physical Education and Sports and the provincial Football Federation.
Beyond the two titles, the results have implications for the next stage of provincial futsal. Under the competition arrangements announced by sports officials, the Premier League champions advance to the Central Zone competition, while the League A winners move up to the Premier League.
Officials said the tournaments were intended to develop sport, encourage young people to participate and identify emerging talent.
The competition structure provides a pathway for teams to progress from the provincial second tier to the Premier League and from the provincial championship to regional competition.
