Abu Muslim Farah will face Istiqlal Kabul at 3:30 p.m. on Monday as the sixth season of the Afghanistan Champions League resumes in Kabul.

Abu Muslim enter the match after opening their title defence with a 3–0 victory over Sarsabz Yashlar. That result gave the Farah club an immediate three points and a strong start to a season in which they are attempting to retain the championship.

Istiqlal now provide Abu Muslim’s next domestic test. With the league still in its opening phase, Monday’s match offers an early measure of whether the defending champions can turn their first-round result into sustained momentum rather than treating the opening victory as an isolated result.

The day’s second fixture will see Omar Zawak meet Sarsabz Yashlar at 7:00 p.m. Sarsabz will be seeking a response after their opening defeat to Abu Muslim.

The two Monday fixtures follow Saturday wins for Sorkh Poshan Khafi and Ariana Khost. Sorkh Poshan defeated Aino Mina 3–0, while Ariana Khost beat Arman FC 3–1 after the sides were level at halftime.

ASJF NEWS will follow the results as the sixth Champions League season develops.
