The Asian Football Confederation has completed its six-month AFC Certificate in Football Administration and Management hybrid programme in Ashgabat, with 25 participants graduating.

The Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has marked the graduation of 25 participants from its AFC Certificate in Football Administration and Management (ACFAM) hybrid programme in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.
Hosted in collaboration with the Football Federation of Turkmenistan (FFT), the six-month programme focused on developing leadership and administrative skills for the modern football industry.
The graduates are expected to apply their training within their respective organisations and contribute to addressing football administration needs in the region.
The Turkmenistan edition was delivered through a hybrid format combining online classes with in-person sessions, providing participants with flexible learning and direct engagement.
The Turkmenistan programme follows previous hybrid ACFAM editions launched in the Kyrgyz Republic and Indonesia as part of the AFC’s football administration development initiatives.
