Azizi Yaran opened the Bicycle Cup with a 3–2 victory over Toran FC as an eight-team futsal competition began at Mellat artificial pitch in Lashkar Gah’s second district.
The opening result gave Azizi Yaran a winning start to the group competition. The tournament brings together eight B teams and is scheduled to run for 15 days.
Representatives of the Helmand Football Federation’s futsal committee organised the event under the provincial Directorate of Physical Education and Sports.
