Plans are under consideration for a four-team football tournament in Faryab as clubs prepare for the sixth season of the Afghanistan Champions League, according to sources familiar with the proposal.
Khorasan and Sarsabz Yashlar are expected to be among the participating teams, but the two remaining entrants have yet to be confirmed.
No date has been announced for the tournament, and the plans remain preliminary pending the release of further details.
