The International Cricket Council has opened a tender for sports presentation services at the inaugural Women’s Champions Trophy, which will take place in India in February 2027.
The competition will feature six teams playing 16 matches across Mumbai and Vadodara. Following a round-robin stage, the two leading teams will contest the final on February 28.
The ICC is seeking an experienced agency to manage the tournament’s in-stadium presentation, covering ceremonies, music, big-screen graphics, fan activities and audience engagement.
Interested companies may also submit proposals for opening and closing entertainment.
The selected agency will be expected to develop a presentation programme suited to T20 cricket and the expectations of spectators in India.
The ICC has asked bidders to demonstrate experience delivering comparable sporting events, supported by trained personnel, sufficient financial resources and the operational capacity to manage a major international tournament.
The procurement process will take place in two stages.
Companies must email their technical proposals to sportainment@icc-cricket.com by Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Agencies shortlisted following the technical evaluation will then be invited to submit financial bids.
The tender forms part of preparations for a new event on the international women’s cricket calendar. The inaugural Champions Trophy is scheduled to conclude on February 28, 2027.
