
The Najib Talash Charity Foundation has signed a cooperation agreement with Afghanistan’s National Badminton Federation to provide financial support for the upcoming national selection tournament.

The National Badminton Federation under the General Directorate of Olympic, Physical Education and Sports and the Najib Talash Charity Foundation have signed an agreement under which the foundation will provide financial support for the upcoming national badminton selection tournament.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Hafiz Ahmad Jan Zadran, Technical and Professional Deputy Director of the country’s sports administration, along with senior officials, by Najibullah Talash, head of the Najib Talash Charity Foundation, and Ershad-ul-Haq Siddiqui, president of the National Badminton Federation.
Under the agreement, the charity foundation will cover financial support for the upcoming national badminton selection competition.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Hafiz Ahmad Jan Zadran praised the foundation’s contributions in sports and other sectors, saying that it has played an important role in promoting sports development and supporting athletes.
He also called on the private sector to increase financial support for athletes and sporting programs in the country, saying such cooperation would help strengthen sports and enable athletes to achieve greater success for the nation.
Meanwhile, Nawid Qadiri, executive director of the Najib Talash Charity Foundation, said the foundation’s chairman has consistently supported sports activities due to his special interest in athletics.
He added that the foundation would continue supporting sporting programs and athletes in the future.
The National Badminton Selection Tournament is expected to be held in the near future, with the exact date to be announced later.
