Abu Muslim Farah came from behind to defeat Esteghlal Kabul 4–1 in the Roshan Afghanistan Champions League on Thursday, turning an early setback into a decisive victory.

Esteghlal Kabul scored first, but Abu Muslim recovered and struck four times to reverse the result. The turnaround was the defining feature of a match in which the Farah club had to respond after falling behind.

The result allowed Abu Muslim to maintain their place at the top of the standings, according to the match information provided to ASJF NEWS.

Alireza Panahi of Abu Muslim was named Player of the Match. His award added an individual distinction to a result built around the team’s response to conceding first.

For Abu Muslim, the victory was about more than the three-goal winning margin: it showed that an early concession did not prevent the side from taking control of the contest and securing the result.
